   Anchorage, AK to Homer Spit in Homer, AK

Halibut Cove Adventures is located on the Kenai Peninsula in the Kachemak Bay across from the Homer Spit located in in Homer, AK. Halibut Cove is approximately 225 miles from Anchorage, AK and 170 miles from Seward, AK.

1. Head south on the Seward Highway (AK-1). 90 miles.

2. At the Sewward/Homer Junction, turn right on to the Sterling Highway (AK-1) towards Homer. 120 miles.

3. As you come down the hill into Homer, continue straight on the Homer Bypass. Go past several banks, Safeway and through a traffic light. Continue on the main road as it turns left then right before leading on to the Homer Spit.

4. Before the end of the Homer Spit is a building with a lighthouse.

This is the Salty Dog Saloon. Find a place to park. Ramp 1 and Ramp 2 are located near the Salty Dog.

   Seward, AK to Homer Spit in Homer, AK

1. Head north on the Seward Highway (AK-9). Approximately 20 miles.

2. At the Sewward/Homer Junction, turn left on to the Sterling Highway (AK-1) towards Homer. 120 miles.

3. As you come down the hill into Homer, continue straight on the Homer Bypass. Go past several banks, Safeway and through a traffic light. Continue on the main road as it turns left then right before leading on to the Homer Spit.
